Westlynn
The Classic Family Pocket
Westlynn offers the strongest land-value proposition for commuters.
Positioned at the 'Bridgehead' of the highway, it bypasses the congestion of Upper Lynn Valley while offering larger, flat lots reminiscent of Edgemont Village at a more accessible price point.

Unlike Lynn Valley proper, this is not a "Doorstep Walkable" neighbourhood. It functions as a strategic hub. You are a 3-minute drive from everything, rather than a 5-minute walk from one thing.
