A Financial Approach to
North Shore Living.
Buying a home in North Vancouver can be an emotional decision, but it is undoubtedly a financial one. In a market where inventory shifts weekly and list prices often reflect "wishful thinking," you need more than a tour guide with a pulse on the market - you need a risk manager.
My background differs from the typical Realtor. With a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Western University and a career history in banking, I bring an analytical rigor to your transaction that goes beyond sales.
Before obtaining my license in 2015, I spent my days guiding clients through estate planning, home financing, and personalized investment strategies. I now bring that same financial discipline to Rossetti Realty. I don't rely on sales hype. I focus on translating complex market data into plain English, helping you distinguish between homes that are simply "sitting" and those that are truly trading.
“Transparency is the trait I value most in friends, and it is the standard I hold for my business. No pressure. Just clear evidence to help you make a confident decision.”
Deep Roots in the Community
I am not just an observer of this market; I am a product of it. A Handsworth Secondary grad, I grew up in Canyon Heights and now call the Westlynn / Lynn Valley area home.
My connection to the North Shore goes beyond postal codes. I am deeply involved in our local sports community, currently presiding over the North Shore Twins premier league baseball program and volunteering with B.C.’s Challenger Baseball.
When I’m not analyzing strata documents or coaching, you’ll find me road biking, in the trails with our rescue dog, skiing the locals, or touring Howe Sounds and the Georgia Strait on my jet ski. To me, a perfect North Shore day ends with a cold beer at a local microbrewery, celebrating a day well spent on the water or in the mountains.
